I believe this is a Model A engine and a Pietenpol Air Camper.

Excuse, I have read not at once that it is competition….. I read through the translator, therefore I can be mistaken. So….. It is plane Pietenpol Sky Scout fuselage, it I can tell precisely. The engine possibly modified under air cooling Ford-A.
